Firearms of any kind will not be shipped directly to you, it is your responsibility to locate the FFL dealer that you want the items to be shipped to. You will pick up the item to be transferred from that licensed dealer. Be sure you check on your local laws before ordering items. You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you place your order. You are responsible for complying with all firearms and other item laws in your state/area. If you are not sure if the item you want to order is permitted in you area, check with your local law enforcement agency before ordering.You must provide a valid contact phone number and email where you can be reached should we have any questions on your order. We may contact you prior to shipping your order.

APPLICABLE LAW

By placing an order, you agree that the items or services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner as intended by the manufacturer. Our site has appropriate safeguards to help protect the security, integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the personal information we have collected. Our privacy and security policies are reviewed periodically and enhanced as required and only authorized individuals have access to the information you provide to us.

Information we collect: The information we collect only pertains to your order. We collect your name, address, phone number, fax number, email and item information from your order. The information we collect may be used for our advertising purposes directly to you the customer.

WE DO NOT COLLECT AND SELL CUSTOMER INFORMATION.

Your email address: We will not give or sell your email address to outside parties. We use your email address for order confirmation, customer questions and our own email advertising for goods and services. If you wish to discontinue receiving our email advertising you may request to opt out.

Credit Card Numbers: Your credit card transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption . We do not store credit card numbers in our system once the order is processed. Once your order is processed/completed, the credit card numbers are removed from our system to help insure safety.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS:

Once you place an order, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, the purchaser. The shipping address must be compliant with any restrictions of the carrier. All purchases made from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Based on this, risk of loss and title for products pass on to you upon shipment of the product. If a package is damaged in transit, you are responsible to file claims with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, notify UPS, FED EX or USPS. Have your tracking number ready to give them to file the claim.

CONFIRMATIONS, CANELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

All online orders will be confirmed with the customer via email. Due to the fact that multiple people may be ordering at the same time, we reserve the right at any time to cancel or limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service or fulfillment of any order or to any customer. If your order is reduced or canceled, you will be refunded for any payment that you had made or the difference if order reduced.

WHOLESALE PRICING

GRICE WHOLESALE list wholesale cash pricing. If you choose to pay by Credit Card there is an increase of price, 2.5% added to the listed price. If you choose to pay by EFT- Electronic Transfer of Funds you will be charged the actual prices listed. CONTENT AND PRICING INFORMATION

Because availability, prices and product descriptions can change very quickly, the products and services listed on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. The inclusion of any products listed on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the items will be in stock at time of pulling the order.

Certain measures and weights of the product will be available upon ordering. Product weights and similar descriptions are approximate and will help with shipping information. We attempt to ensure that all information on the Site is complete, accurate and up to date.

We cannot guarantee that all product,images or pricing information is completely accurate. No representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the Site is made. In the event there is a pricing error or discrepancy on our site with respect to products or services, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and/or partial orders for those products or services.

FIREARMS ORDERS

In accordance with the Federal Law, GRICE WHOLESALE can only ship firearms to a FFL-Federal Firearms Dealer that has a current license. By law, firearms must be purchased in our store or shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

The products we sell are warranted by the manufacturer not by GRICE WHOLESALE. Therefore, if you have a defective product you are responsible to contact the Manufacturer to see how the replacement or refund will be handled. Most all products have an information sheet enclosed listing the Manufacturer's phone and address. If you have a product and do not have this information, look online for the manufacturer information, if you cannot locate this information contact our customer service at 814-765-2601 or email whslweb@gricewholesale.com and we will be glad to help

HOW WE SHIP

  • We ship to all 50 states. We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Customers can request other UPS services, such as Next Day, Same Day Service, etc. Shipping rates are higher for 2nd Day, Next Day or Same Day Service, calculated by the UPS or USPS.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Handguns must be shipped 2nd Day Service by either UPS or USPS. Rates are calculated by UPS and / or USPS.
  • Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us for shipping rates.
  • Orders may arrive in more than one box with the invoice on the outside of the box.
  • We offer local truck deliveries within certain routes in Pennsylvania (delivery charges do apply), please feel free to call 814-765-2601 to inquire about delivery routes and rates.

SALES TAX

  • We are based in Pennsylvania, therefore, we only charge 6% sales tax to PA residents.
  • When you send in your FFL license, send a copy of your PA sales tax license that lists the account number along with the expiration date.
  • Once we have these licenses on file, we do not have to charge PA sales tax.
  • Any wholesale customers outside of Pennsylvania will NOT be charged sales tax.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We are based in Pennsylvania, therefore, we only charge 6% sales tax to PA residents.

  • UPS 2nd Day - Delivery 2 Days
  • UPS 3rd Day Select - 3 Days
  • UPS Next Day - Delivery Next Day

UPS and USPS shipping rates are calculated by the carrier, based on size, weight, dimensions and zone (location) to be shipped to.

UNITED STATES ORDERS (Miscellaneous Shipping Information)

  • Minimum Order - $100.00
  • Packing and Handling Fee - $2.00 on order under $500.00
  • Insurance - $0.93 per $100.00
  • Hazardous Material Fee - $37.50 per package
  • (Note: Different Hazardous Materials CAN NOT ship together, and this is a fee that UPS charges)
  • Hazardous Materials - Cannot be shipped by air express
  • Adult Signature - Is required on ammunition and firearms
  • Delivery Confirmation - $2.50
  • Restocking Fee - 15% of order total.
  • NSF Fee - $50.00 per returned EFT
  • We do not ship C.O.D
  • Shipping rates (UPS or USPS) are based on weight, size of product, zone (location) and the method of shipment you choose.
  • Residential and Commercial rates do vary.
  • Overweight/Oversize items - Additional charges may apply. This is due to the UPS/USPS DIM charge - Dimensional Weight of a box exceed the actual weight. We will contact you to advise if this DIM fee applies.
  • We do not refund shipping cost for items returned.

  • Returns must be within 15 Days of purchase
  • Grice Wholesale Shipping Errors - Shipping will be refunded
  • We do not currently Backorder at this time.
  • We will only ship to the address listed on your current FFL
  • Defective Items- These must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or refund
  • The dealer (FFL) is responsible to know your state and local laws regarding specific product you may want to order.
  • Certain oversize/overweight items cannot be shipped and must be picked up or delivered by Grice Wholesale.

RETURN POLICY

GRICE WHOLESALE wants our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make every effort to exchange, replace your item or provide a refund once the guidelines are met. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt/invoice and Grice Wholesale approval.

RETURNABLE ITEMS GUIDLINES:

  • ALL returns must have original receipt or invoice
  • ALL returns must have been purchased within the last 30 days
  • Items must be in new and unused condition
  • Items must have original packaging, tags attached, all parts and manuals
  • You must call or email to get approval for return
  • You must include the Return Approval Form listing reason for return
  • Be sure to check the appropriate boxes if requesting exchange, replacement or refund
  • Refunds will only be applied to the original Credit Card that was charged or gift card used
  • Bring or send a copy of a Valid Photo ID
  • We do not refund freight/shipping -unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment
  • We do not accept C.O.D returns
  • Once approval number is issued, items can be returned by UPS, Fed EX or USPS
  • Items found to be defective after the 30 days must be returned directly to the manufacturer
  • Items returned within the guidelines, accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original item price. If the item is currently on sale or part of a promotion you will be refunded at that price plus any applicable sales tax.
  • If you prefer we send a return label, your refund will reflect a fee of $15 for the return freight Larger/heavy weight items- the fee may vary
